Have some questions?

FAQs

Do you offer other design packages?

Yes, however they are generally custom quoted so please get in touch to discuss the needs of the project and I can give you an estimate.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, for bigger projects it is generally split 30% (non refundable deposit) to book your spot prior to any work then 30% after concept stage and the remaining 40% after sign off and before final files are delivered.

Is my deposit refundable?

No. All deposits are nonrefundable as it is my way of securing your spot in the queue. I book projects several months ahead of time, and scheduling ensures that I give all of my clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves. As a result, I turn away clients for your reserved time slot. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project. The deposits ensure that clients are serious about moving forward with the project.

I just need a logo, can you do that?

No unfortunately not. From experience I believe the strategy and research required to develop even” just a logo” that speaks to your audience and tells your story with substance and purpose takes time and investment ($$) at that point a colour palatte, typography, potentially an icon has already been developed for “just a logo” You may as well have at least a small logo suite, you will need it if you are serious about growing your brand in the right direction.

While I understand not everyone has the money for this I seriouslly recommend something a bit more comprehenisve. You will be able to hit the ground running and can add to your brand easily at a later date. I offer a mini branding option for businesses starting out and since this is split into the payments it is more managable for new businesses.
